Return Policy

Please Note: Only unused Pull Testers, Tensile Testers, and Fixtures can be returned.

1. Any returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving or will not be accepted. We cannot issue a return authorization on products after 3 days. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.
2. Return the product(s) in its original packaging, to the return address provided. You are responsible for all return shipping costs; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for proof of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. Your refund will be processed via the payment method used when the order was placed. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
